POLICY STATEMENT
AlgoPlus™ wants you to understand how we use the information you provide to us. We believe that you should have the right to approve the use of that information. As technology changes, it will become necessary for AlgoPlus™ to make changes to its privacy policy and procedures. All such changes will be posted to this site.
1.1 Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name, email, and postal address. Contact information from the registration forms is used to provide information about our company. The licensee's contact information is also used to get in touch with the licensee when necessary.
1.2 Profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor our visitor's experience at our site showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences. This data is not available for sale to any outside entity.
1.3 We also employ agents to fulfill other functions on our behalf, such as providing marketing assistance, analyzing data, preparing and maintaining site content, processing credit card payments and providing customer service. These agents have access to customer information as required in order to help them perform their functions on our behalf, but they are not allowed to use that information for any other purpose.
1.4 We receive and store certain information whenever you visit our website. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site, and to help identify you. 1.5 AlgoPlus™ reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of our site.
Customers purchasing goods or services on AlgoPlus™’s site must be at least 18 years of age.
3.1 AlgoPlus™ uses your email address to send you news about or updates to AlgoPlus™’s site, to respond to customer service issues or comments and questions received from you.
3.2 Credit card or other financial information that is collected is used for billing and payment purposes services you have ordered through AlgoPlus™’s site, and is submitted to the appropriate credit card processor in order to process your credit card transaction, and will not be provided to any other person or party. All other private information submitted by you is confidential
You should be aware that non-personal information and data might be automatically collected through the standard operation of AlgoPlus™’s Internet servers or through the use of “cookies.” “Cookies” are small text files a web site can use to recognize repeat users, facilitate the user’s ongoing access to and use of the site and allow a site to track usage behavior and compile aggregate data that will allow content improvements. Cookies are not programs that come onto a user’s system and damage files. Generally, cookies work by assigning a unique number to the user that has no meaning outside the assigning site. If a user does not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows the user to deny or accept the cookie feature; however, users should note that cookies may be necessary to provide the user with certain features (e.g., customized delivery of information) available on the AlgoPlus™ Site.
Customer information is a valuable business asset. If for any reason AlgoPlus™ transfers or divests itself of its business assets, our customer information will be transferred as one of the business assets.
AlgoPlus™ will release customer information to the appropriate authorities if we are required to do so by law. AlgoPlus™ will also release such information if we feel it is necessary in order to protect our rights or the rights of our customers, affiliates, partners, or any other party, and for purposes of protection from fraud and credit risk.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

Any dispute arising between you and AlgoPlus™ with respect to privacy is subject to the terms and conditions of use and this privacy statement, including limitations on damages, arbitration, and application of the laws of Nova Scotia.
The foregoing policies are effective as of 1 June 2003. AlgoPlus™ reserves the right to change this policy at any time by notifying users of the existence of a new privacy statement. This statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
Customer’s
Obligations
You have been provided with access to AlgoPlus™’s network server(s) through the use of your userID and password, which have been issued to you as of the date of your subscription to AlgoPlus™ ’s service. Your userID and password should be kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use of your account by other parties. You agree to notify AlgoPlus™ immediately upon any unauthorized use of your user ID and password and you understand that you will be liable for any use of AlgoPlus™'s service until such time as you notify AlgoPlus™ of such unauthorized use of your password.
12.1 You agree to provide AlgoPlus™ with such accurate, complete and up-to-date information with respect to your subscription as may be required by AlgoPlus™ , including, but not limited to, your full legal name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number(s) and credit card information, and you further agree to promptly notify AlgoPlus™ of any change(s) in any of such personal information. It is your responsibility to promptly notify AlgoPlus™ of any unauthorized use of' AlgoPlus™'s service or of the loss or theft of your credit card. You will remain liable for any use of AlgoPlus™'s service until you notify AlgoPlus™ of' such unauthorized use, loss or theft.
12.2 Our credit card processor encrypts your credit card information so that it cannot be read as the information is transmitted over the Internet. AlgoPlus™ will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your credit card information remains confidential and is available only to personnel who have a need to know such information in connection with providing you with our services.
You are responsible for prompt payment of all charges to your account, together with all applicable taxes. Fees and charges will be assessed in accordance with AlgoPlus™’s then current fee schedule, which can be accessed online at AlgoPlus™’s web site www.helistat.com. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, AlgoPlus™ may charge such amount directly to the credit card identified in your subscriber information, and AlgoPlus™ may, at its option, suspend or terminate your access to AlgoPlus™'s service until all outstanding amounts are paid in full. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including legal fees and collection costs, that AlgoPlus™ may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid amounts due and owing from you to AlgoPlus™. If payment of such outstanding amounts cannot be charged to your credit card or a payment is returned to AlgoPlus™ for any reason, including charge back, AlgoPlus™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to AlgoPlus™'s service
14.0 Hardware, software and telephone service
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the hardware, software and telephone service necessary to access AlgoPlus™’s service. You shall be responsible for all telephone and other charges associated with your access to AlgoPlus™’s service. You should contact your local telephone company if you are unsure whether calling AlgoPlus™’s access number carries any long distance or toll charges from your location.
AlgoPlus™ may at any time change the terms of this Agreement or AlgoPlus™’s fee schedule, including fee increases and the addition of new fees and charges. In the event any material change is made to this Agreement or to AlgoPlus™’s fee schedule, AlgoPlus™ will notify you by e-mail. Your continued use of AlgoPlus™’s service after any such change will be conclusively deemed acceptance of such change. AlgoPlus™ may also discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the service without prior notice to you. If any change is unacceptable to you, you may cancel your subscription to AlgoPlus™’s service and terminate this Agreement and AlgoPlus™ will issue you a refund of any prepaid monthly/annual fees prorated from the date of termination.
